Who we are: S4 Construction is a privately owned Design/Build General Contractor and Construction Management company with capabilities spanning private and public construction services. S4 is experienced in the industrial, manufacturing, multi-level office/retail/residential, sporting arena/stadium, hotel/casino, higher education, healthcare, aviation, nightlife/entertainment, performing arts, cannabis and custom home markets. As a General Contractor and a Construction Management professional our team’s experience extends far beyond project administration. We provide firsthand trade and administration knowledge in order to effectively design and implement the appropriate construction methods suitable for our client’s project and budget. Our ability to manage subcontractors and scope of work is at the highest level. With tens of millions of dollars’ worth of on-time and on-budget projects in our catalog, we feel very confident in our ability to accomplish any task at hand. Our team specializes in phased construction with projects that have on-going operations during the construction process. It is in our client’s and S4’s best interests to have a rational budget that reflects the clients design intent. We are not in the business to over promise and underperform.
