“Tunisia Smart Technological Poles” (S2T) is a public company attached to the Ministry of Communication Technologies, created by Decree No. 2019-352 of March 29, 2019. Its main activities are : • The establishment and operation of Technoparks, • Support for cooperation and complementarity between research, training, production and development units, • The incubation, supervision and assistance of entrepreneurs and project leaders in the digital fields, • Attract national and foreign investment and the support of the partnership in the digital field and the encouragement of companies to settle in the Technoparks, • The realization of prospective studies relating to the incentive of investment in the digital economy, • The establishment and consolidation of a technological environment promoting innovation and creativity in the digital fields, • Support for the digital transformation of Technoparks companies through the implementation of specialized training and upgrading programs, • Support for cooperation and exchange with similar Technoparks, university establishments and research and technological innovation centers on a national and international scale, • The organization of seminars and conferences in the digital fields,
