However, the Practical Knowledge is atmost importance as you does not have to depend on anyone when you enter the Corporate World. Education is a paramount importance and a seed to knowledge so as the practical knowledge is a key to any success. Education is a gate way to get a good job in a very good company but to sustain or grow in your career, you need more and more practical knowledge. There is a big gap between industry requirements and the course offered by Colleges & Training Institutes. We fill that gap by providing the technical & practical in-dept knowledge which is required to perform during the course of employment. Nothing is taught from any of the Management Books, we teach what is done in the organisation in the same way how your Superior teaches you by using the Word, Excel, Actual Forms and Formats. We engage our personnel with interactive, discussions and debates, case studies, texts, sample circular, forms, etc. which will help them to understand the subject in more clear terms and which is actually carried out in any organisation. We are aware that more than 80% of the work is done in techno format form by the use of computers. We also impart for the benefit of our personnel, tips on Ms Office, Outlook, internet and intranet in the day to day working. This includes shortcuts, formulae of MS Office & Outlook which are required for the performance of each job effectively resulting in 100% output. S2S Management is a platform where you can learn all the HR Functions practically at one place. As you all know what we study (Colleagues, Management Books) and what we perform in the organisation (Practical Work) is totally different. To grow in your carrier, you should have a practical knowledge.
