S.W.A.T. (Strong Women Active Together) Adventure is a women’s active group ran by women, for women. SWAT recognizes and acknowledges women for their perseverance, grace, and power in the world and is on-goingly creating fun, healthy, stress-relieving adventures for the incredible women in the area. Day-in and day-out women are pounding the pavement, managing businesses, organizing meals, leading meetings, and selflessly contributing to others. SWAT decided it was time to celebrate the vitality and unique generosity that it is to be a woman, and put together this group to not only empower women in their health, fitness, and well-being, but also to establish friendships to handle the everyday trials and tribulations that women experience—think “blowing off some steam”.
