Piemonte S.p.A., is a public company owned by the Regione Piemonte with the aim of rationalise the public spending and streamline procedures for selecting public contractors in matters of regional interest, particularly in the areas of infrastructure, transport, telecommunications, health care, common goods and services. As purchasing company, S.C.R. works on benealf of the Regione Piemonte and the following regional organizations located in Piedmont: - local authorities and organizations, companies and institutions, as well as their consortia or associations, educational institutions and University, local home agencies; - regional bodies and their consortia or associations, institutions and companies, and also the regional health service.
