Ryan Transactional Risk is a managing general underwriter dedicated to underwriting custom insurance solutions for risks related to mergers and acquisitions, multi-national enterprises and other taxpayers with uncertain tax positions, litigation funders and law firms with contingent fees, and entities confronted by regulatory or other legal risk. Ryan Transactional Risk’s products are insured by highly rated insurers, and through non-admitted policies where applicable. Ryan Transactional Risk is unique amongst its peers both in terms of its breadth of market focus and in its approach to risk analysis. Most of the products we underwrite were pioneered by us. We understand them – and the benefits sought by our insureds. Ryan Transactional Risk operates a global focus with multiple regional offices across North America and Europe. Ryan Transactional Risk's operations are conducted through several legal entities, the choice of which depends on where the entities are authorised to operate. In the US, Ryan Transactional Risk is a series of RSG Underwriting Managers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. Ryan Transactional Risk works directly with brokers, agents and insurance carriers, and as such does not solicit insurance from the public.
