Rxchan.ge is an online marketplace for wholesale dealers located in the EU, trading EU or EU-registered medicinal products. In 2011 we implemented the first version of an order management system to manage the increasing complexity of our business and add more flexibility to the pharmaceutical industry. In response to the increasing digitization of the PI, we created an online marketplace with the following capabilities: • Order management; • Offer management; • Product and price management; • Batch and expiry control; • Quoting and portfolio management; • Key Accounting; • Logistics management; and • Warehouse management (terminal extension). To safeguard transactions and facilitate trades, the platform operates similar to a stock exchange with all market participants interacting anonymously through us, in our capacity as the clearing house. The marketplace is free to join, available 24/ 7, and available via mobile, desktop or tablet, with all relevant information visible at a glance in one place rather than distributed across numerous calls, emails, PDFs and notes. We create transparency by enabling all market participants to view agreed prices, quantities, minimum batch sizes, minimum expiry, manage orders and specification; view current stock offers at a glance - and buy them with one click; sell surplus stock, small batches, unwanted products and much more. The platform is available to healthcare professionals from pharmacies, hospital pharmacies, distributors, manufacturers, hospitals and clinics, nursing homes as well as, veterinary professionals from clinics, livestock producers and zoos located in the EU.
