I’m particularly good at breaking down the detailed needs of both production and IT, to find solutions that work for the business - and explaining them in clear plain English. Since 1995, I’ve built up a unique mix of experience in creative production, technology, project management and strategy. I lead all our work, but when required I draw on my wider pool of specialist consultants for additional expertise and resources. On a short term basis, I offer independent advice to help you choose the best modular solutions for each specific requirement. I design robust standardised workflows and smart automations. On a longer term basis, I plan and manage production modernisation projects and help develop technology strategies.
