The National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) and the Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE) at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute have hosted the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair since 1978. With over 200 companies and 4,000 students in attendance annually, the NSBE/SHPE Career Fair is one of the largest student-run career fairs in the country. Rensselaer’s slogan is “Why not change the world?” and our students are eager to further themselves and the world around them. RPI proudly hosts some of the brightest, most innovative students in the nation.
