Overview

Swahili is a second most spoken language in Africa which comes with lots of opportunities when it is effectively used as a medium of communication. The origin of Swahili is Tanzania whereby it called “Kiswahili” by it natives. The geographical size of the country is 947,303 square kilometres and half a 100 million of population which almost 100% speaks Swahili. Neighbouring countries which are in the Eastern Africa Commission (EAC): Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi and South Sudan speak Swahili though not as fluent as Tanzania. Some localities in countries like Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Congo (Brazzaville), Malawi, Zambia, Somalia and many more have an understanding of Swahili though not at a highest level like Tanzania. Once you learn Swahili, you will be able to communicate with almost one third of Africa. In additional to that, many more African countries and other developed countries such as China, Japan, America, United Kingdom are facilitating the teaching of Swahili in their high Learning institution, making it the future of communication. We are the platform that develops Multimedia Swahili lessons contents that can be accessed online upon registration and subscription. Our platform is facilitated by Royal Swahili Language School, which also provides physical Swahili teaching for foreigners who have visited Tanzania whether for a short or long stay. We encourage in professionalism such that, all of our Tutors are Certified Swahili for Foreigners Teachers. Nevertheless, we are the one stop shop for Swahili Multimedia and electronic text books (that are from other authors). The online platform is also accessible through mobile devices.
