RBSPS is the official body representing plastic surgery to the public, industry and government. Its goal is to raise awareness of the extensiveness and possibilities of the different aspects of our speciality. It also stimulates innovation, training and scientific research. RBSPS represents Belgian board certified plastic surgeons as well as candidates in training in this speciality. Since its creation in 1955, the RBSPS ensures high quality care and safety for patients undergoing medical or surgical interventions in Belgium, whether they are reconstructive or aesthetic. To this end, it encourages and supports high standards of training, ethics and good practice.
