Overview

Roshni, an educational consultancy, was conceived by a group of three MPhil students from LUMS, School of Education in 2021. Working closely with schools during their field work, they recognized that there exists a huge gap between the Professional Development (PD) activities that are being offered in the market and the needs of the schools and their teachers. Thus, Roshni aims to: “Provide contextualized and affordable Professional development to empower teachers and schools to enhance their teaching and learning practices. We aim to develop a Professional Learning Community for teachers where they can share practices, exchange feedback, and become reflective practitioners. For schools, we envision to enhance their teaching and learning by developing data driven cost effective and relevant teacher training and other school improvement activities.” Contact us at info@roshniedu.com
