The quality of its personnel has been proven in selection and in practice.Throughout the last 25 years those leaving service have established an enviable record of transferring their experiences successfully into the world of commerce in all sorts of different sectors. RoRec, Ex-Military Recruitment Specialists, captures this talent as it moves into or has established itself within the commercial sector and works with candidates and clients in accessing the best talent accordingly. RoRec was set up by an Ex-Soldier to help Ex-Military personnel to re-adjust to civilian life on leaving the forces and also apply the same military discipline in helping with civilian recruitment. Driven by personal experience when my own career in the forces came to end, I am determined to help Ex-Military personnel avoid the many problems that I had encountered on return to civilian life. We have access to a large database of ex-military candidates so there are very few vacancies that we can’t fill. Across the 3 services there are over 450 different trades covering, to name but a few: Electrical and mechanical engineering, logistics, IT, transport, operational and maintenance management, project managers and security. Being in the largest Garrison in Europe we have direct access to new candidates on a daily basis, to provide you with some of the best potential candidates in the world.
