Roots Ethiopia (www.rootsethiopia.org) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that focuses on supporting community-identified solutions for job creation and education in Southern Ethiopia. Roots Ethiopia provides kick-start grants and business training for women, school sponsorships to disadvantaged students, and Learning Resource Projects to support local under-resourced schools with essential learning materials.
