With his first restaurant outside of The Lake District, Simon Rogan opened Roganic in Marylebone, London in June 2011. Using the best of British ingredients cooked in his own unmistakeable style, it has allowed the London food scene the opportunity to enjoy his food in relaxed and contemporary surroundings that he has become well known for at L'Enclume.
