Our Purpose: Our purpose is to increase the success of private equity investments by bringing specific experience to support deal teams and management when it is needed. We specialise in supporting due diligence, establishing buy and build programmes and helping to prepare management teams for exits including IPOs. Why Us? We provide access to experienced executive-level management with personal experience of the private equity lifecycle. We see things from both an investor and management perspective and we complement the advice from strategy consulting houses, accounting firms and bankers.
