Overview

Robotech is 7 years old and built from the founders love of code and love of new technology. They are programmers first and recruiters 2nd. Originally formed after a need to change the way recruitment was done based on their own experiences interviewing for roles within software engineering, and being met with recruiters that didnt have a clue what they were saying technically. From this organically Robotech was born. They arent scared to be different and push the recruitment norm of years of dinosaur recruiting. Their fresh way of working and modern 21st century focus gets them recognised above other clients and candiates. Also they are based on strong empathy, they know how stressful looking for a new role is, so they work around the candidates and clients. Offering support, patience, and honesty. Being upfront and empathetic is top priority! Due to them using up to date techniques like Copywriting, Coding channels, social media and new age techniques, they are able to work globally, currently placing across 23 countries globally.
