Led by Robert Hirschfield, the practices' design philosophy is to treat each project as a response to the client’s aspirations and end-user requirements. Based in Kentish Town, London, the practice has established a diverse portfolio of projects working with private residential clients, housing developers and gallery owners, delivering stand-out quality, often going against the norm. Never satisfied with ‘just okay’, the practice pushes boundaries, with an attentive approach developed through working on bespoke private high-end homes. The practice is driven by an interest in the aesthetic and functionality of materials, of maximising the light and volume within the spaces we create, and to provide imaginative and cost-effective solutions to the challenges presented by every brief. RHA offers a full architectural service from Feasibility Studies through to Contract Administration. But whatever the project and scale, the practice works with enthusiasm, purpose and commitment to create buildings which people respond to instinctively and enjoy.
