Overview

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) was introduced in the year 2016 under the affiliation of Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (erstwhile West Bengal University of Technology).The department provides students with high-quality technical education in order to meet the needs of the current product-based market demand. The faculty is well-experienced and the labs are well-equipped with new technologies, allowing students to improve their skills and knowledge in order to build a successful career. In spite of having a new start, the success and growth of this department are appreciable due to the continuous effort of faculty staff and enthusiastic students. Students’ participation in various events imparts excellence and quality in engineering education, which is an emerging value-based tradition. The Department of CSE focuses on producing competent software developers, system designers, and network programmers through innovative teaching-learning practices and keeping abreast of the latest developments and technological transformations in computer science and engineering for social benefits. The department is in a growing and developing state now and the graduates of the CSE department are placed in renowned IT industries.
