To aid, sponsor, promote, advance, and assist in the provision, development, and maintenance of public parks, recreation, and community services in the City of Riverside. The Riverside Community Services Foundation will generate independent resources for the Riverside Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department to enhance the lives of all Riverside residents.
