Rising Phoenix Toastmasters Club # 1316000 is a President's Distinguished Club. Our club was charter in April 2009 and is one of the many clubs in District 44, Division D and Area 46. We are proud to have among our members Past District Directors/Governors, Region Advisors and International Director.
