Overview

The PASS Program (Personal & Academic Support Services) is a federally funded TRIO Student Support Services Program (SSS), funded by the U.S. Department of Education, that was established to support first-generation, low-income and/or disabled students. The PASS Program supports program participants on their educational journey to graduate/earn a certificate and/or transfer to a four-year university. The PASS Program provides Rio Hondo College students with educational advisement, financial aid information and support, specialized tutoring, and social, cultural and educational field trips.
