All care we provide is based on each client’s individual needs & goals, so we can support them to achieve these day in day out in a truly person centred way & not in a task based way. Our team of highly trained & genuinely caring Care Assistants are carefully interviewed & vetted to ensure they meet the high standards we have for our Care Team. Once they have passed our vetting process they then receive in depth & extensive induction training, follow by shadowing experience with a senior staff member. All Right at Home Chippenham staff receive continual professional development & shadowing to ensure our Care Team have the skills & training to support our clients to the outstanding standard we expect. Our care calls are a minimum of one hour, and we can provide care 24 hours a day 7 days a week with our Live In care option, which is a valid alternative to Residential Homes. We also operate a no uniform policy which allows us to offer a discreet service to clients, but clients are more than welcome to request that their carers wear a uniform.
