Established in 1923, Richardson & Wrench Bondi Junction has come a long way since its humble beginnings and has grown through many property cycles to become one of Sydney's leading agents in the Eastern Suburbs. In addition to providing a wide array of industry services such as residential sales and property management, the Company also has specialised divisions in the sales and leasing of commercial, hotel and tourism properties as well as a full valuation department. The Company is headed by four directors, namely Andre Frack, Chris Herbert, Niall Chang and Keiran Speed. With over a century of combined industry experience, each director brings to bear individual qualifications and specialised skills covering all areas of the complex property industry. During our 84 years of trading, the Company has grown substantially and now comprises of 30 plus staff and occupies in excess of 600 square metres of modern computerised commercial office space. It is the only agency in the Eastern Suburbs, which boasts its own training and auction facilities, and the company has a satellite office at Bondi Beach under the one ownership. The Company has established a comprehensive list of institutional clientele such as Westfield Holdings, McDonald's Australia, Westpac Banking Corporation, Waverley Council, National Australia Bank, General Pants, State Rail Authority and many more.
