I started the company when I discovered the amount of companies, whether they are small start up Businesses to large organisations, the need for outside support for HR advice, support and project work on an, ad-hoc basis. Having worked in HR management for over 25 years for various organisations across Devon, London & Cambridge, I have a great knowledge and a support base to assist companies in achieving their individual goals and ensuring a happy workforce culture, which leads to a thriving Business. My approach is different and allows companies to use the service as and when required.
