Our Founder: After receiving a BS in Psychology from Texas A&M in 1994, Cassie Pusey joined Accenture as a consultant specializing in talent and organization performance. From training development and delivery to program and project management, she spent the next 20 years serving a variety of clients in the health and public service industry as well as internal Accenture teams, successfully implementing major technology changes and increasing overall employee performance. This experience, a passion for leadership culture, and countless hours of formal and informal training led her to found Revival Leadership Company in 2015.
