Restaurant Research provides clients with valuable store level data for $1B+ chains that is used for benchmarking, underwriting and competitive intelligence. We focus on data that drives ROI at the unit level which is key to long-term system profitability and viability. We add value by providing clients with proprietary data not available elsewhere in an easy to use format that saves time and labor. RR’s estimates are based upon an extensive review of data sourced from our network of franchisees, lenders, appraisers, consultants and from public docs. Our goal is to help: (1) the industry establish best financial practices using accurate, standardized data; (2) industry players allocate capital properly - helping maintain long-term liquidity to the market; (3) level the playing field for large and small industry participants with standardized, affordable research.
