With collaboration from leading scientists with decades of work in resilience, we have developed a tiered approach to resilience stress testing. This three-pronged methodology builds in analytical rigor with each tier to allow stakeholders of any organization or commodity to assess how they may better prepare, absorb, recover from, and adapt to disruptive events. Currently, this stress testing framework is being adopted to international critical infrastructure for public consumption, airport resilience plans and cybersecurity systems at the private level, and is developing its ability toward building resilient teams through diversity and inclusion.
