We provide Skilled Nursing and Skilled Therapy (Physical, Occupational and Speech) directly in the home primarily of homebound elderly people in the community. This service allows hospitals, skilled nursing facilities and doctors to manage patient care in the home rather than at more expensive care facilities. The savings to the healthcare system by our services is tremendous and patients return to wellness much faster than they do in in-patient facilities.
