Rehab on the road is a mobile Exercise Physiology clinic specialising in exercise for chronic disease and falls prevention. Based in the Northern Beaches of Sydney, we tailor to our clients needs from individual consults and exercise sessions to group based exercise classes. Our methodology is simple - we believe in personalising the journey to a better health and harnessing leading research to do this, all from the comfort of the clients home. At Rehab on the Road we believe that a happy and fulfilled team is the key to success. We strive to achieve a high level of in house training and mentoring as well as regular meetings, catch ups, lunches, dinners and play dates to unwind. While our clients are very important to us, our team are the engine in the train and are the core of our business, their happiness and success is priority.
