Regalo Kitchen and Confectionery Limited bridges the demand supply gap of fresh homemade healthy meals for busy working professionals within mega cities in Nigeria as well as training and empowering others to join the value chain for a Sustainable Africa in line with Sustainable Development Goals 1,2,3,5 and 8. Regalo kitchen combines for profit and social enterprise business model with our profit model focus on researching healthy food alternatives to help our ever busy working professionals eat according to their health needs (from cassava flour to potatoes flour and chips and zero sugar zobo drinks). Our social enterprise focuses on empowering other youths and women with various soft skills within the catering industry so as to reduce unemployment and bridge the gap that also exist within the industry. We have since inception in May 2018 trained over 150 youths and women till date with more training scheduled for the year (2019). We believe in the Africapitalism vision towards creating a sustainable Africa society, thus our vision is to empower over 1 million youths and women by year 2030 across Africa by institutionalizing our solution. Regalo Kitchen and Confectionery Limited commenced business operations in 2015 but was officially registered as a limited liability company with the Corporate Affairs Commission Nigeria in 2018. The brand has since been noticed locally and globally for her dedication towards researching healthy alternatives and for youth empowerment in Nigeria with future goals across Africa. In 2018, Regalo Kitchen and Confectionery Limited emerged among the Top 100 fastest growing SMEs in Nigeria, an award well received from Business Day Media and Bossman.
