Reflections aims at mentoring and empowering an individual’s career based on experiences and learnings of the three founders. The founders have a combined international experience of 15+ years. Though coming from different cultural and professional backgrounds, they all have gone through a similar challenging journey. They would like to share their failures and successes with every individual since “Giving Back” is the vision and foundation on which Reflections is based upon. Graduation helps in gaining knowledge, but Reflections and a guided strategy are necessary for success. The idea is to offer holistic end to end customized personal support along the entire job search journey of individuals after & during their graduation (via support for Internships, Master Thesis, Part-time work, Full-time work etc.). Reflections envisions to provide crucial intellectual growth in struggling and challenging situations that a job search journey encompasses. The founders would like to leverage their knowledge and wisdom to create outstanding value and impact for individuals. The founders will have personal interaction sessions/ chats/ conversations/ webinars with the individuals and will provide them invaluable guidance in profile building (CV & Cover Letter), networking (LinkedIn, Xing etc.), job search process (including preparation for interviews, career centers, solving case studies, strategizing and finding relevant jobs/internships, salary negotiations etc.) and tips & tricks to help realize an individual’s dream job.
