It was hard to give annonymous feedback. And there was no way to look back into our retrospective data and to learn from it. After few of us grew frustrated with the overall process and our inability to find a tool which can help us solve all of our troubles. We decided to build a tool for ourselves. Can automate the full retrospective process. Can seamlessly integrates with our existing Agile tools stack. We are a team of developers, scrum masters and project managers who had years of experience in working at some of the largest companies in scandinavia Our headquarter is located in Copenhagen, Denmark. And our development center is in Helsinki, Finland.
