Overview

RD&T Technology is a software company specialized on developing simulation software within the area of Geometry Assurance. RD&T Technology offers software and services to a variety of customers in different industrial areas like automotive, consumer products, telecommunication, building/construction and consultancy. The tool RD&T (Robust Design & Tolerancing) is used for statistical variation simulation and allows manufacturing and assembly deformations of the product to be simulated and visualized long before any physical prototypes are being made. Different design concepts can thereby be analyzed and compared and the quality of the decisions made can be improved. RD&T is a software package that supports the geometry assurance process in all its phases, from early design/styling to pre-production and production. A strong focus is on making the product concept robust to manufacturing variation and to be able to predict final variation in the products critical dimensions. RD&T has been used in the automotive industry for over twenty years, supporting both OEMs, suppliers and consultants.
