RCS Filling Machines LTD was established in 1978 after recognising the liquid producing industries need for safe, reliable and cost effective filling equipment. Our extensive expertise is in the innovative design and manufacturing of robust, easy to use, weigh and flow filling Filling machines. Our family of standard and bespoke machines are effectively used to safely dispense hazardous and non-hazardous liquid products, by weight, or mass flow meter, from as little 50g to 1000g containers. Our extensive range of machines are built in house ad the use of common components mean we can maintain a competitive price whilst providing the flexibility for a customise package. The designs are such that we can solve any special requirement our customer may have and integrate ancillary equipment such as conveyors, label applicators, capping machines, palletisers ect. Our machines are fabricated from 304 stainless steel with wetted parts made from either 316 stainless steel, PTFE, PVDF or polypropylene. We now have a tried and tested range of filling machines in production at all major chemical companies throughout the UK and abroad.
