A HoReCa Excellence Education program developed by Coca-Cola HBC Adria aimed at aligning the skills and knowledge of people with the needs of employers in the tourism and hospitality sectors is a step in the right direction when it comes to the further development of the tourism and hospitality sectors in Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The program consists of three projects modules: 1) Raise the Bar Academy We have founded our own training center for waiters, bartenders and baristas. Along with advanced equipment, the required tools and ingredients, people with at least one year of working experience in the hospitality sector have the opportunity to learn and adopt the most up-to-date techniques in line with the latest gastronomic and hospitality trends, certificated by Coca-Cola HBC Croatia and the European Bartender School. 2) Raise the Bar Scholarships We award scholarships to talents in gastronomy allowing them to perfect their skills in the best schools gastronomy centers around the world. 3) Raise the Bar Youth The Raise the Bar Youth program is intended for senior students of catering and tourism schools to provide them with additional training by conveying soft and business skills. The program is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Science and Education and high schools from all over Croatia.
