Created in January 2017, with a team of professionals with more than 10 years’ experience working in the procedural departments of other legal firms. New professionals have joined our initial team, to broaden our activity areas, working primarily with businesses, so we can respond to our clients’ every need. We understand and trust that the only efficient and proactive way to run the legal side of a business is by working across the different areas and disciplines of law. That includes banking and financial law, tax law, securities regulations and corporate law, in the context of the national and international interests and needs of our clients.
