We have won recognition from bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), and recently our work has won the 2014 award for 'Excellence in Leadership Assessment' from the Association for Business Psychology (ABP) and the Association of Graduate Recruiters (AGR) ‘Best Programme Development Award’. We actively support steering groups within professional bodies such as British Psychological Society (BPS) to raise standards in our industry, e.g. spearheading the development of the new industry standard for Assessment Centres (introduced 2016). A Director is on the committee of the newly formed UK AC User Group and Quest are involved in and sponsoring the UK AC Conference. With the nature of our work, a key priority is ensuring the highest professional standards in our stewardship of all our stakeholders’ personal and commercial data ISO 27001. We work with many different clients globally across all business sectors including: Military, Social Services, Higher Education, Nuclear Power, Aviation... We are leaders in psychometric tests, assessments and training. Our Test & Assess Bureau facility provides a one-stop service to all the leading 'off-the-shelf' tools for delivering Human Resource Projects.
