Our approach is to minimise our investment holding period. By purchasing, refurbishing and selling property quickly, we reduce many of the risks associated with property investment – including price fluctuations, rental demand, and maintenance and management risks. We are a privately owned group company that leads and oversees the operation of a number of wholly owned subsidiaries established to buy, refurbish and sell on residential property at a profit. Our robust, tested and scalable approach has resulted in over 700 successful transactions with a total value of more than £70 million.
