Quality Solutions is a Training Provider who specialises in training for Contact Centres. Mission: To excel as a source of learning and quality measurement that will enable the call centre industry to achieve and maintain the competitive advantage competencies that will ensure superior quality customer service, and to provide a safe, simulated environment where new learners can practise their new skills before entering the job market. We will do this by: Providing courses for previously disadvantaged and disabled learners. Running open courses that will enable suitably competent people to enter the call centre market. Working within the Western Cape Call Centre environment. Partnering with other call centres to provide suitably trained and skilled call centre agents. Being responsive to changing requirements by updating, reviewing and refining our material when necessary. Description: Quality Solutions is a Training Provider who specialises in training and consulting for Contact Centres. The company was established in July 2001 with a special interest in job creation. The focus of our business is on training youth who would not have been given an opportunity to work in a contact centre due to non-experience or lack of skills. This has been far more attainable by the implementation of government funded learnerships such as The Monyetla Work Readiness Project, which we have been actively involved in since it’s conception. Our company is an Accredited Training Provider. We have full accreditation with the Services Seta and we are Provisionally Registered with the Department of Higher Education and Training as an FET College.
