QATC was formed in 1993 as a toy safety consultancy and quickly branched out into servicing the need of the manufacture vs the requirements of the major retailers in dealing with the general public QATC has experience in dealing with large customer service requirements in the UK and we have the expertise in dealing with both the general public and the trade in fulfilling the needs of the end user Based near Southend-on Sea in SE Essex, QATC is ideally located near all rail links and main roads. Recruitment for good well trained staff is made easier in the area as all the major Contact centres for a variety of different organisations are based in this corner of the county. Some of QATC's services include Detailed reporting issued every month listing customer details, parts sent, reason for sending parts, Call volume, call times etc. • Bespoke in house designed and operated computer system to give reporting tailored to your needs • Post code access system built into our operating system to speed up answering customer’s queries (saves telephone charges). • Parts shipment • Repair service • Direct invoicing for out of warranty spares and repairs. • On hand quality consultant to cover safety aspects received from the consumer. • Experienced staff in dealing with the day to day running of a busy consumer service department. • Spare parts can be stored for the servicing of your products. • Opening times of 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays) and extended periods over the Christmas holiday period. • Direct parts and product sales to the consumer Flexibility in a changing market is essential and with QATC's experience in dealing with product recalls we are ideally placed to help with any urgent changes.
