With more and more young creatives in the region setting up on their own, finding the right kind of partner to help accelerate and expand is daunting. PULR, the brainchild of Recode, grew out of a desire to foster young talent in the region all while creating a platform that would take away the growing pains faced by many fledgling businesses. PULR allows for full-fledged services to be delivered and continues Recode’s pursuit to push creative boundaries and provide imaginative, conceptual solutions that forge a unique footprint for any brand.
