Overview
33 Years of Growth: PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta (JAS) was established in 1984 to meet the needs of air transportation supports at Soekarno-Hatta International Airport. Then, in 2004, PT JAS Aero Engineering (JAE) was established. In 2011, CAS Group had started its initial public offering and established CAS Food. In 2012, CAS Group invested in ownership of catering services (Purantara) and CAS Facility of handling facility management. In 2014, CAS Group had launched the new identity and new synergy of unit business programme to strengthen the control of each entity. In 2016, CAS Destination had served 68,000 flights with 21,620,000 passengers and 274,738 tons of cargo in Indonesia. CAS Destination itself oversees two entities namely PT Jasa Angkasa Semesta Tbk (JAS) engaged in Cargo Handling & Ground Handling and PT JAS Aero Engineering (JAE) engaged in Line Maintenance. While CAS Food had produced 7,6 million total meals in 2016, it oversees two entities namely PT Purantara Mitra Angkasa Dua for In-Flight Catering and PT Cardig Anugrah Sarana Catering (CASC) for Remote and Industrial Catering. PT Cardig Anugra Sarana Bersama (CASC) which engaged in Aircraft Cleaning, Facility Management Services, Laundry Services and Parking Management Services had served 89 clients in Indonesia. In May 2017, CAS Group had acquired Jakarta Aviation Training Center (JATC) who serves professional pilot training with the latest Airbus 320 and Boeing 737NG simulators to more than 500 pilots in 2017.
