PT Pub Night is a global community of fun-loving, problem-solving physical therapy professionals, students and general PT enthusiasts who regularly gather in local pubs and restaurants around the world. It’s not simply an event or a set of events, though we admit it may seem that way at first. You’ll find, though, that the true essence of PT Pub Night – of who it is or what it stands for – lies below the surface. Brewing Relationships - At its core, the function of PT Pub Night is to serve all of us – the physical therapy profession – by providing a simple conduit through which we develop relationships with those around us, locally and throughout the larger PT community. Through this network, we gather to talk, connect, solve a few problems and enjoy a pint and a slice of pizza. Connecting with PT’s Future - PT Pub Night is where the future meets the past. It’s where PT students and seasoned professionals stand side by side, forming a bond at the intersection between the experience that brought us to today, and the passion and ideas that will lead us into tomorrow. Such bonds are paramount to the growth of any profession. A Simple Plan - Despite our heady, almost philosophical take on the professional value of nourishing a strong sense of community, PT Pub Night was born of the need for simplicity – of friends and colleagues gathering over pints of beer to share common experiences.
