Proxmann Powerparts Company . which started its business in early 2016 with the same quality of OEM, (TS16949 is in our plan next year). 8000 m2 indoor area located in Konya\ Turkey, We have a satisfaction team; which is required for continuous development of the company from OEM factories experinced avarage 25 years manufacturing. We use primery aluminium melted by latest technology induction furnaces. We use for controls; spectrometers, metal microscope, PLC controlled automatic casting machines, hardness tests ,heat treatment in temperature and time controlled ovens, Ultrasonic unit, Final control process, and marked with Laser at customer’s requests. After surface coating, pistons are packed according to customer’s demands. We can design new pistons for new engines with our engineers. Proxmann Piston can manufacture 25.000 pistons/mounth.
