Overview

Salary and Compliance processing: • Staffing will include all employment formalities for the associates and applicable statutory Compliance as per Minimum wages act of Delhi. • Deductions of Employee PF/ESI and raise the Invoice for Employer contribution of PF, ESI and Admin charges as per Final Salary. • Staffing will include facilitating monthly salary/payouts to the designated bank account of the associates or through cheque, but not to any cash disbursements. • All joining formalities, query management and separation processes and payouts as per agreed terms by COMPANY. • Prepare the Employees / Employer Master Record with the help of COMPANY. • Collect the data and other relevant inputs on monthly basis in the prescribed format through email for Statutory Compliance processing. • Process the Statutory Compliance Data on monthly basis as per agreed dates. • MIS report required by COMPANY will be provided time to time as required. • Master setup will be updated as and when necessary. • Reply to employee queries on EPF and allied labor laws etc. through e-mail, phone. • Preparation of statutory challan / Reports viz., PF, ESI, TDS, LWF (Monthly / Half yearly / yearly) in ready to submit formats • Salary slips to the employee with leave balance and figures to show as per clients need. • Generate appointment letter and offer letter to employees on joining. • Expense Reimbursement Comprising Of Claim Submission etc. • Training (optional) • At the time of leaving the service by employee, his Full and Final dues /Settlement will be done with the procedure to be followed as per Company guidelines. • Salary structure will be compliant to Minimum Wages as applicable from time to time.
