Overview

PropTech Japan established in 2017 is the first and largest non-profit Proptech/Contech community in Japan. We are a rapidly growing community in which 700 professional members, including startups, VCs, and major Japanese real estate companies, are registered, and where 100 or more, on average, attend our monthly meetings. At the meetups, we discuss varied and current topics such as design, blockchain (and security tokens), IoT, discussing how those ideas and technologies affect the proptech/contech industries. We also welcome occasional special guests from overseas to collaborate at the meetups. The mission of PropTech JAPAN is to support proptech/contech startups by building a healthy, co-productive ecosystem in those industries, and to enhance mutual understanding between business and our government regarding the new trends. [Japan's First Startup Pitch Conference on September 20th] This coming September, we hold Japan's first startup pitch conference on Friday, September 20th. It's free to apply to pitch for proptech/contech related startups. The top 20 will have an opportunity to present your business/service and to have a booth at the conference. It's a great opportunity to meet major Japanese companies and startups, and to learn about Japan's market.
