A person with the Brinkerhoff certificate has proven his/her skills to create a higher performance in their training programs. She or he is certified in designing High Performance Learning Journeys (HPLJ’s) and can provide valuable insights on how to improve any training program or to build them from scratch to get the highest impact. The HPLJ approach has been proven to dramatically increase the impact of training – by a factor up to 4 – on workplace performance.
