PHILOSOPHY In Prohabitat we share a deep respect for Nature, which is why we try to take advantage of the natural resources in each project we develop, including physical conditions of the site, trying to minimize the impact on the envirnoment. We also try to improve living conditions and quality of life of the residents, users or visitors, including wild flora and fauna, because we believe that bringing people closer to nature will make us know it better, respect it, and therefore, love it. We are always searching of ways of diminishing operation costs and maintenance in each project we get involved with in order to guarantee a long-term success, which is why we majorly use native species so we can assure a better adaptability in site, helping as well to restore part of the ecosystem that has been exposed to envirnomental deterioration through urbanization and/or construction processess. In Prohabitat, we strongly believe that green areas in a residential development, building or commercial development must contribute to the creation of healthy ecosystems to host and protect wild life so that crops can grow and provide food to the users. Prohabitat is a company dedicated to architectural design, landscape and urban development. We believe that each branch is interdependent from one another and that great results require a good interrelation among them. Landscape as an integrating part of Urban development must be seen as a whole, and not just the green part; if landscape does not contemplate built components, mobiliary and vegetation cannot be considered as landscape architecture.
