Prodcast is a no-code platform for creating Web self-service portals that allow people—customers, support agents, and others—to search for information, get answers to questions, and complete basic transactions without the need for human intervention. A typical auto parts manufacturer must interact with over 100 clients and vendors regarding the parts that are required and shipped. They must rely on their customer service team to pull dispatch data from their internal software, organize it, and distribute it to their consumers. Failing to do some they might be fined up to $100 per minute or face a lawsuit. They can now upload the entire despatch data to the ProdCast platform with just a few clicks, and the platform provides all of the dispatch information to their clients as a self-serve site. Better yet, they've integrated their internal software with the ProdCast platform, allowing them to automatically upload this data. Our clients got creative and began sharing invoices and overdue statements in the same way they shared dispatch information; now it's more than just a tool to keep them out of operational chaos; it's also a tremendous tool to help them get their bills paid on time.
